Thanks. It came out of the blue. When I took the job in August they said that they might adjust my salary, but I though "yeah, I'm not holding my breath." (And it was a major raise from my last job anyway). But he came in to my office today (heh, I also got my own office with this job) and said that they had decided to give me a raise. yay! :)
