I expect some sort of reconcilliation between them (she misses him in ADWD) but, yeah, I doubt their story is going to end with puppies and rainbows. I doubt anyone's does.
And I was just over on Winteriscoming.net and they're speculating that the hooded figure in the trailer is Theon and OMG, OMG, OMG, I didn't think of that. It wasn't in Book 3, but yeah, when we learn about it later it was contemporanious with Book 3 and... I am totally going to have to change channels during that.
