Those names are pretty ridiculous, so I share your reservations.
Maybe if I get into a particularly absurd mood one day I will(the same mood that drove me to download the Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter {novel}. That said, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter turned out to be unreadably awful (not 'bad in a good way' bad just... bad) and I gave up half way through. Amused snarking only takes one so far, so I tend to try to resist the moood).
