Climate Change

Try this for odd:

It is warmer at the Winter Olympics in Russia than it is in Birmingham, Alabama where the Deep South, unlike the Winter Olympics, is getting (yet another) snow.

They could've set the Winter Olympics there.

It would apparently have had better hotel conditions. At least our water is allowed to be on your SKIN!

Yes, the weather has been wonky. Ice storm through the south with snow, then heavy snow up north, followed by freezing rain. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's commute - heavy snow in the morning and freezing rain in the afternoon - and no, I can't stay home, I'm taking Friday off.

And I thought it was odd that Antartica was warmer...but apparently its supposed to be.

Wait...water can't touch your skin over there??? I knew the bathroom conditions were odd, but not...that bad.

You didn't see that article about the hotel where they had brown water and they were telling people to not bathe in it? It was AWFUL!

Well, according to Wikipedia Sochi has a "humid subtropical" climate. It's got mountains nearby which is why it's a winter sports resort, but it was always going to be marginal as such.
