Farscape News - To Good to be True?

I just read on comingsoon.net/dvd that Farscape: Peacekeeper War is slated to be released on Oct 19th
Are they doing another 'Friends Finale' and giving us the DVD right after the the airing?
Haven't found the answer yet, but if they do this -- WOOHOO!
