Pfft! Spike, of course. It's about free will, guys! And will overcoming destiny!

Willow. I have Willow issues too, but Willow isn't the heartless bitch that Buffy is (not even when Willow is evil)
Fred or Cordelia?
This one is a toughie. Classic Cordelia over Fred. Fred over St. Cordy.
Xander or Oz?
Oz! I adored Oz in Season 2 & 3
Lilah or Lindsey?
Lilah! I loved Wilah. It was hot.
Giles or Joyce?
I once would have said Giles, but after having PodGiles inflicted on me, I tend to prefer Joyce (though I've never completely killed my Giles love)
Wesley or Gunn?
Don't make me choose! Sigh. Season 2,3,&4 -- Wesley. Season 5 - Gunn
Anya or Tara?
Refuse to choose. Loved them both.

- Buffy w/Angel,Spike,Riley,Parker, or Scott?
Spike. (or at least they best couple that was most sabotaged). Bungel had moments, but it was somewhat trite.
- Angel w/Buffy, Fred, Cordelia, Eve, Darla or Drusilla?
Darla (or Spike) ...or if you want a happy ending and a functional relationship Cordy.
- Fred w/Wesley,Gunn, Angel, Spike, or Knox (aka the devil)?
Spike...because she thought he was worth saving. But in retrospect Frunn wasn't as bad as I thought.
- Xander w/Willow, Anya,Cordelia or Inca Mummy Girl?

Oz or Tara. ANYONE but Kennedy.

From the trauma? Crush or Seeing Red or Chosen. ...but that was from reading spoilers. From the SHOW? Chosen. Bastards.
What episode do you wish you could erase?
Where the Wild Things Are (I'd also erase Seeing Red and As You Were... but as I refused to ever WATCH either of them they're already almost erased from memory. On the other hand, the visuals of Where the Wild Things Are are in my head and I want them to go away.
