So after frozen roads, frigid temps, snow, and gridlock from hell, today arrived with beautiful blue skies and sunny 64 degree temp. People walking around in shorts and eating al fresco. Crazy. (But, whew, what a relief).
Ask And You Shall Receive... Sorta
So, remember my request the other day of a mainstream historical romance having a m/m romance as a subplot? I have now run across TWO with that scenario. One of which I have not actually read, but it was in the amazon review. The other of which I did read, but feel it was done to mixed results (to be fair, I found the A-plot underwhelming as well so I think it may be primarily due to the talent of the author rather than any specific thing about content.) May check out the one I saw in the reviews, but currently I'm on one that has a bit to do with my Victorian Egyptology kink, so it won't be today.
Cuteness... just 'cause
Zoe watches TV... especially Animal Planet. She does this sort of thing frequently (primarily anything that happens to feature dogs, birds, or horses.) It is kind of cute.
