So the title of this last week's episode was "Oathbreaker"..,

Lots of stuff about oaths

Umber wouldn't pledge an oath to Ramsey, but is betraying his sworn fealty to Starks. Also name check of Roose, notorious back--and front--stabber.

Sam swore to Gilly that they would not be parted, but now plans to drop Gilly off at his home because unlike with Jon, he won't be able to 'bend the rules' at Old Town (also did Sam swear to his asshat father that he's never return home?)

Alliser dies swearing all he did was uphold his oath to the Watch while elliding over the fact that part of that oath involved following his Lord Commander. (Same went for the other two Watchers. Not sure that Olly ever took the oath)

Arya essentially swore herself to the Faceless Men... Is she an Oathbreaker? After all, she admitted to once having sworn to kill The Hound and admitted at last that by the end, she had changed her mind.

Then there's young Ned (absolutely defensible) ending of Arthur Dayne.

And of course there is Jon whose Watch has ended because, screw you guys who Ides of Marched him
