I hate to see women playing victim. She's no victim

I agree totally. It's what I hate most about a certain number of William-fics; that as soon as Buffy gets transported back to 1880, she becomes so helpless her brain stops working, and before you know it, she's a streetwalker with William's baby in her belly, allowing all the Victorian villains to victimise her until Willow figures out a way to get her back to her own time.
