Oh, I second that rec. I really enjoyed reading that book. It was useful in so many ways, and entirely readable.

The thing that hit me most was what he said about writers. He said that if you don't spend more than an hour a day on writing, call it what it is: a hobby, not a profession. (I'm paraphrasing; sorry...) But that part really spoke to me.
