Dana choosing that awful rant believably sent Buffy out of the council, away from all the slayers. She's right, slayers aren't meant to have regrets, but she's got boatloads. Berris has no idea what Buffy's had to sacrifice, the decisions she's had to make that have led to death and destruction.

The choreography of the rescue mission was beautifully done. The entire sequence was vivid and action packed. I thoroughly enjoyed Spike stirring the mayhem up to a fever pitch. Buffy obviously enjoyed the fight, too. I loved the last line. Her head's back in the game now. Whatever's got Dawn is due an ass kicking.
