I don't know whether or not to be greatful that RH isn't playing Todd. I mean, on the one hand RH never would have agreed to the rapemance (that's what it's being called) with Marty. That was something he was willing to quit the show over before and so this storyline would never have been broached if he were still in the role. And there's also the fact that RH is, quite simply, the better actor. If he were in the role, Todd might come off as nuts but there would be layers to it where you actually saw some guilt and he'd be more sympathetic (and Todd really shouldn't be). Trevor St. John does everything in such an infuriatingly off-handed, detached manner that Todd is really coming off as psychotic!
And really, they should kill him off. I don't know, however, that they'd actually do it. I do keep expecting a "Who Shot Todd?" plot because they have managed to give motive to at least 3/4 of the town to want the sick bastard dead once and for all.
