* Loved Sawyer's "I'm doing it for her... Juliet." I don't know whether he's lying, but the yanking of the rug from beneath Kate was worth it!
* Ben wakes up in the present to... Locke! Duh-da-duhn!!! Hee!

I'm kind of amazed at how *FAST* I became a Juliet/Sawyer shipper. She's so good to him and Kate was such a total bitca.

GAD, this season is a rollercoaster ride! I'm loving it!

Kate episodes bore me and this one was no exception.

The highlight was Sawyer helping Kate...for Juliet. I didn't much like the Hurley/Miles convo because it felt too much like the fourth wall was dissolving and it was so specifically targeted towards fan questions. I did like the additional hint we got that the smoke monster/Temple changes people. I wonder if we'll find out that's what happened to Claire.

I'm glad we're back to the future, so to speak. It's hard to go so long with only the one group in the ep.

As a rule, Kate episodes tend to be the least successful, but there was enough stuff going on otherwise to keep me interested.
