While dressing for bed I noticed that at some point today I lost one of my favorite earrings. (It was a cheapo so no monetary loss to speak of, but I liked it, darnit!)

ETA: Luckily, I found my earring laying by my office desk this morning. Woot!

Sympathies, my dear. I got home from work last week and realized I had lost half of of my fav pairs (not a cheapo, unfortunately). It was oldish, 18K gold with a red cabochon garnet. Unusual, subtle enough to wear to work, elegant enough to wear out of an evening. Never to be replaced.

Luckily, I found mine laying by my desk at work this morning. Thankfully, no one vacuumed last night.
