Yeah, but Andy -- to the dimwits credit -- got that Eggs was trying suicide by cop. Jason, a bit to enamoured of his 'hero' role and (generally amusingly) being stupid, didn't pause long enough to do more than shoot. In the real world I'd think that it would be some form of man slaughter. I expect Jason to feel bad about it... as best a stupid man-whore can. ;)
