Honestly, I'm an S7 fan, but if it will allow me to be rude about it, I imagine we'll get the exact same dissatisfaction now: S9 will just ignore S8, pretty much, and start somewhere new with new uninstigated problems that have everyone weeping and wailing by the end, just in time for another teflon epiphany.
