Yeah, but it's actually an issue with Dr. Tom (that concerns other therapists, including his own, Dr. Nadia) that the good doctor overidentifies Erica as a replacement daughter, and not always to Erica's good. His reaction to Erica's sleeping with Kai was massively out of line. And I don't know whether it's just my own resistance to the ship, but I haven't taken all that well with Dr. Tom's semi-overt matchmaking of Erica with Adam.

That said, I love the Erica/Dr. Tom relationship.
