Couldn't answer all so I stuck with what affects me.

To be fair to Angel and Buffy, Spike hasn't had his round with Whedon yet. It seems almost unfair because that was probably the most blatant character assassination I've ever seen in a published work.

So I went with the other guy. Hope he's not a serial killer or anything.

I couldn't do the last question because I don't know what Being Erica is. In fact, I don't know what a lot of them are.

Also, I wanted to choose both Jorah and Tyrion as 'surprisingly sexy' but your poll wouldn't let me.

I probably should have googled first.

He's also not a music lover. Tends to have minstrels' tongues cut out if he doesn't like their singing.

Our weather is neither hot nor rainy nor abnormally cool, in fact it's actually at "normal" which is in fact abnormal.

I had to answer Jorah for 'surprisingly sexy' only because the sexiness of Tyrion (aka Peter) is not at all surprising to me. :-)

Also, I wanted to answer both Dany & Arya to that question.

I totally forgot about Falling Skies this week.

Good point. In that case, he's clearly innocent. It's all for the greater good.

Haven't seen Falling Skies yet - it's on the DVR. Glee Project? I find American Idol and Dancing with the Stars unwatchable, methinks Ryan Murphy would annoy me.

I chose Spike for the best functioning with a soul, but after reading the comments, I'm starting to wonder if I read the question wrong. Also - it's very hard not to spoil people on Joffrey.

Weirdly my impression of Jorah, Tyrion and Jamie is still influenced by Storm of Swords, and the fact that Nicolas Costa-Walda is the best looking of the bunch. ;-)

PS: The guy who played Kai on Being Erica - recently played the villain of the week on Covert Affairs, and typically it was the smallest of the guest roles - a la
James Marsters.

They're all summer-fluff series (except Being Erica is a Canadian series that comes out in the fall).

"Falling Skies" is a new Speilberg produced series where evil aliens invade earth and a plucky history professor tries to save his kids... and the resistance.

"Drop Dead Diva" is a 3 year old summer series where a young aspiring model was killed in a car wreck and didn't want to stay in heaven, so she was sent back as a plump, vivacious lawyer who works in the same law firm as the dead her fiance. She still loves her fiance, but he keeps dating young hot girls. (This week he asked her to be his 'best man' and plan help his new fiance plan their wedding. Ouch.) Her guardian angel is also in love with her roomate. As I said, light fluff.

"Being Erica" - 4 year old Canadian series where a 30-something lit major's life is a disaster until mysterious Dr. Tom invites her into time travel therapy where she can travel back to different points in her own life (or her friends or family's) to learn or gain new perspectives on her life. She has sense gotten her life fairly together and gotten two love interest, both of whom are also in time travel therapy. Adam, current boyfriend is a recovering Irish mobster turned aspiring landscape designer. Kai (whose appearance is uncannily similar to a young James Marsters) is a rock star from the future, so Erica's present is his past. Future Kai has a thing for her. Present Kai has no idea who she is... and is only 22 years old.

The weather is surprisingly perfect today.

True Blood is dead to me until they start the amnesia plot, and the better not screw it up because I'm astoundingly not pleased with the Bill as King of Louisiana storyline.

If I get a chance to read the book at all it will be individually after each television season ends.

Falling Skies has been incredibly disappointing for a cable tv show. Entirely too formulaic for my tastes and they haven't been able to produce a single character I give a damn about.

I saw 1 Glee Project episode and was completely unimpressed.

I've always been more of a reader than a writer.

Drumstick ice cream cones.

Yeah. I'll read it. Then I'll read everyone who complains about it to cleanse my palate.

I chose Dany but it was a difficult choice between her and Arya.

I'm more an Eric girl than a Jason girl and I didn't like Robb very much so Jon all the way.

None of the above, but I ticked Jaime even if the incest does squick me.

Always choose Spike, is my motto.

Don't watch it.

Female protagonists are always better choosing themselves first and then worrying about the rest. It's true for Bella it's true for Erica (albeit I've only seen season 1), it's true for my daughter and she's not even *on* TV.

My summer crack generally consists of Leverage, Eureka, White Collar, Covert Affairs, Suits (surprisingly, since we both usually hate legal shows), Haven, Burn Notice, Memphis Beat, Royal Pains, Wilfred (oddly enough), Torchwood, and we're going to give Necessary Roughness a chance.

I highly recommend a good may of those shows.

"Being Erica" barely airs here. It arrives 6-8 months late on a high, somewhat obscure cable channel. I tend to simply download it when it airs in Canada. I've read that they're considering an American re-make, but, honestly... why? Is Canada so different from the US?

The only reason I actually hesitate with Erica choosing herself... is she already did with what's his name. The good though painfully dull boyfriend she desperately thought she wanted until getting him and realizing that though he was a good guy, they simply didn't fit. (I liked that plot).

They also frustrate the anti-shipping of Erica/Adam in that the relationship is painfully functional. You can't point to anything actually wrong with it... other than the show trying way too hard to sell it. They want you to like so much, that I end up disliking it out of contrariness.
