Owwie!

So I was over at my parents to watch the game. I was helping Mom carry groceries into the house when her cat ran out the door. I rushed to block the escape, tripped and fell into the corner of a brick wall. So now my bad ankle ( due to a torn ligament in high school with subsequent weakness that has led to several sprains over the years) is over extended, swollen and painful. A long, angry scrape down my forearm. A ginormous bruise on my shoulder, and a little pain in my elbow. ( and the cat still made it into the neighbor's yard.)

Ouch.

The ankle is ouchie, but it's been worse in the past.

And the bruise has now progressed to green stage.
