My sister's cat has diabetes and accepts that needle fairly well. My cat is more tempermental. However, she seemed to take it at the office (until the vet wanted to touch her, and then she flipped out).

Right now she's acting quite resentful, but I think getting her back to familiar circumstances will be helpful.
