I'm willing to bet we 'see' more of Robb's campaign than we were given in the books (I don't know that this is overlap of Book III or setting it up slilghtly better). I think they'll simply have to borrow from Book III for Jaime because he's practically non-existent in Book II. And I could see Dany's story massaged.
Tyrion and Arya had more than enough story in Book II such that they probably won't have to borrow any for them.
