Um, yeah, I think that's at least part of the point. But I can never tell if my RAGE over paternalism is being pinged on purpose or by happenstance. I think it's often on purpose...but people always come up with convincing arguments for why it might not be. I wish it didn't come across so wishy washily. (Heh. That sounds silly when you say it out loud.)

Side note: MiAmor likes to listen to my rants, but after a recent one, he was a little worried. "Hey! You didn't mention the patriarchy even once in all that! You okay?"
