So far the bout of norovirus has been relatively mild. I don't know whether it's because my immune system recognizes the virus (I've had norovirus twice before) or, because I've been on a diet, I just haven't had a great deal in my system to expel. Here's hoping that it stays mild and doesn't grow worse. I slept almost all morning, and I'm avoiding eating (just sipping Good Belly to try to keep hydrated and full of probiotics). As long as there isn't much in my system, I seem to feel relatively okay.
Stayed home from work, though, because the norovirus is supposedly highly contagious, and I didn't want to give it to anyone (especially the co-worker with a 5 month old baby.)
