Girls comes off as an indie vanity project... which is pretty much what it is. It works (sometimes) as a hatewatch, but generally just makes me feel old and apalled. 'Kids these days!' mixed with 'for god's sake, people, BATHE! Clean house. And stop picking at the lint in your bellyaching bellybuttons!"
