What a week's worth of groceries looks like around the world

Certainly, my family's has never looked like the first (though I suppose some family's must).

A lot of these look like more than a week's worth (surely!)

And it's impossible not to feel terrible for the poor people in Chad.

Wow. Our family eats a lot more fruits and vegetables than those Americans, but we also drink more beer than the Germans :D

I love the British family have the pet food at the front.

My pet virtually refuses to eat pet food.

The spoiled little booger insists on additional freshly cooked meat to be included before she'll consider eating her feed (that said, she's small and doesn't eat very much in total anyway).

 My family's groceries never looked like #1 either. I'm not even sure what half that stuff is.

I'm glad the Brit family had some fruit and veg.

I agree about the Chaddians. What they have weekly looks pitiful, even compared to the families from other African countries.

Note the large quantities of bottled water in Germany. I still remember a German friend literally rushing to get me some bottled water when I attempted to drink the hateful tap water in her kitchen.
