Football season has been a killer, though. There's simply no way to diet and tailgate. And next is Thanksgiving then Christmas. I've pretty much gone with "if I don't GAIN much weight, I'll be happy. I'll focus on the last bit in the new year.

I checked out nerd fitness because of them as well as my fitness pal and somehow I also made it down 26 ibs since june, so thank you very much for the inspiration.
