No, you haven't seen it in the show. Erica just called off the wedding last Friday. Jack kidnapped her and took her to Florida. They hashed out their differences and--in typical soap fashion--it's going to be thrown together at the last moment (hence the explanation for why every bridesmaid has a different kind of dress).
This time they actually get married (because they're heading into matriarch/patriarch territory).
