The part that cracked us up at the office was the guy giving the tour saying that the lights were chosen because they resembled mine lanterns.

We all went 'huh?'

So we waited for the interior designer to come in this morning and asked "Katy, did you tell them that thing about mine lanterns?" She was also..."Huh?" I guess this is how urban legends are born. :)

We decided next time, we'll let the clients always make up their own design theme (after the fact. :)

(The school is on an old mine, though. We had to re-engineer foundations because of that.)

Very few houses. They're a rarity. We're pretty much commercial/institutional.
