OMG It's Just So AWFUL!

Okay, my day off (woohoo! I love that my new job [I'm still calling it new though soon I will have worked there a year. Boy, time flies]) gives me every other Friday off. So I'm dragging around late, making breakfast at 10 and watching "Days of Our Lives" on SoapNet. Yeah, I still follow the snark about the show on TWoP, but I really don't actually watch except once every year or so. This morning I did and... OH MY GOD [/monica] The show is awful! I mean awful. I grew up on soaps so I know some awful. But this is... I swear to god the dialog is penned by some 12 year old badficcer! ::shudder:: And to think that stupid, doe-eyed, expressionless "Chloe" (who dates Bruce Willis) keeps being rumored as being up for Wonder Woman. Yeah, Joss. Go ahead and hire her. Try leaching some emotion out of THAT stone.

::shudder:: How could anything this bad still be on tv?

Cause they take off all of the really good soaps. I haven't watched Days of Our Lives in a long time and I used to couldn't stand to miss it. So one of the ladies from DOOL is up for Wonder Woman, I didn't know that either.

Sounds like it's crossed the line from "so bad it's good" to just plain old bad? I stopped watching Days when Marlena was possessed by the devil.

I happen to catch a few minutes of DOOL for the first time in years and it had seemed to simply have become simply ridiculous. Not funny, or ironic, just ridiculous.
