Live-ish... sorta
Aug. 31st, 2004 11:41 pmSigh. LJ hasn't been kind to me tonight.
Anyway, earlier today was inspired by this discussion in
artemis_child's journal where we spoke of bands performing live and how surpsing that is when some bands suck and unexpected ones are really good. I mentioned that my local radio station had a tradition of whenever a band comes to town they try to convince them to do a live or acoustical cut for them that they then use on a CD they release each Christmas to raise money (the thing usually sells out in a matter of hours). Anyway, after the discussion I rooted around my hard drive for some of these songs. Some actually are from the "Live in the X-Lounge" cd... and some of them are just live tracks that I've happened to collect. (Click --don't right click -- on the link if you want them.)
