So I've been playing with my LJ format. Actually, I think I'm okay with the background and colors. I just wish I knew how the hell to add a customized banner/header at the top. Anyone know how to customize this and explain it someone totally inept at doing it.

Some formats allow you to add a header. Look under Customize my Journal. Click on the Header tag. You have to have the header uploaded to photobucket or your own domain. Put the URL of the header in the space provided. Then you have to play with the height in pixels. Default is 0px. Just keep changing that number upwards until your header shows up. If you need me to do it for you, I can. But that's about all I know how to do, lol.
