shipperxWell, parents finally made a decision and put earnest money down on this house (unfurnished, of course)
ETA: Apparently the owner of the house is a total asshole that won't share any of the lawyers fees on the house, won't pay for the inspection and doesn't have a termite bond. Mom is putting him off. She still wants the house but he's put her somewhat off it. Heh. I told her to buy the house... and then shoot the guy a bird.
