I don't really know what it is, but it's a dead ringer for a terrier/poodle mix we owned once. We got suckered in by an acquaintence who was trying to get rid of the puppies, even though we had neither the money nor the room for a dog at the time. It wasn't really the dog's fault, since it was bored, but it didn't just chew, it barked. Constantly. Day and night. Even after we moved into a house with a yard, it remained very destructive, and we finally had to get rid of it. It's the only pet I've ever given up in forty+ years, and I still feel bad about it, but damn, I got to hate that dog...
