Personally, I'm torn about what comment I should make about Ripper.
One would be, I've heard "I'm working on it" before, so I won't hold my breath. On the other hand, since he spends most of the interview saying he isn't doing a lot, I have to wonder if this time Joss actually is working on developing something... in which case my snark would be something like "Yes, kiddies, he can develop something when he wants to..." And leave you to assume the rueful bitterness behind the remark.

And what about Ripper — is that going to hit BBC America?
It's BBC [right now], in England. It's still being worked out. The character is still part of the Buffy franchise that Fox owns. We want to make sure that everybody gets respected. And everything is contingent on the script. I have an outline, but I don't have a script yet.
