Other than penguin photoshopping...

* Still haven't seen the Being Human finale.  ::fingers crossed for tonight::

* Spent last weekend arm/thorn wrestling with the rose bushes which resulting in my looking like I had been attacked by a heard of cats... and then I fell down (damn slippery hill!) and hurt my shoulder.  Not too bad, but still.

* Then did more yard work this weekend.  Saturday I limbed up the river birch and then a couple of the mape trees.  Loving power tools must be a male thing, because all I can say is that the vibrating of the equipment cause both arm and elbow to ache and to generally make me feel like death, causing me to be utterly worthless and nearly insensate for most of Sunday.  Did see (most) of the final Olympic hockey match, and the crazy folks doing the cross country skiing marathon which, dear lord, what kind of masochist does that sport?

* Watched PBS's airing of 39 Steps and totally cracked up at the unintentional comedy gold of the ending.  Yes, they have all those policemen and secret service people to collect the German spies, but after having walked off with the traitor, apparently no one thought to check to see whether the "dead" German spy was, y'know, actually dead... or even bother to take his gun away from him!  That right there is one crack WWI secret service team.  I would think even then they'd recognize the need to check to see whether the spy was actually dead!  LOL!
