Okay, I laughed hysterically because I guessed the ending, and I was right.

Mom asked at lunch what I thought the end would be, and I said it will be Don in California staring ambiguously out at the Pacific.

Nailed it!

So... Pete got a happy ending with Trudy and Kansas.

Joan got her own business, and is her own boss.

And Peggy stayed in advertising but realized that she was in love with Stan, and she and Stan got together.

And Sally took care of everyone because... poor Sally.
