Why in the hell does NO ONE ever react to the fact that Cassie is 'talking to herself.' Out loud. In public. All the damn time? I mean, no one else can see Thelma, right? In class, in the lunch line, in the middle of the park, within feet of people, Cassie is having long conversations with this ghost and NO ONE NOTICES! I mean -- WTH?!

ETA: And are we not supposed to notice that Thelma-the-ghost has lost weight? I mean, how exactly does a ghost go on a diet?
