Whee! Good news

Good news - it appears that Doctor Who has its US season premiere on September 29 at 9PM.

Bad news - The Christmas Invasion is 59 minutes long without commercials, so it would either have to be a) skipped and shown later or b) have 15 1/2 minutes chopped out of it to fit SciFi's schedule as currently displayed. It does have an extended trailer for Series 2 that could be cut and the credits will always get squeezed, but that still leaves 13 minutes unaccounted for.

8AM - Dalek
9AM - The Long Game
10AM - Father's Day
11AM - The Empty Child
Noon - The Doctor Dances
1PM - Boom Town
2PM - Bad Wolf
3PM - The Parting Of The Ways

I'm growing increasingly annoyed by American cable networks' cutting English imports (it began with Spooks/MI-5).

BUT at least Ten will be gracing us soon! Thanks for sharing the info. :-)
