1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 23.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next three sentences in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book, or the intellectual one: pick the CLOSEST.
No more world. That's what the end of the world meant. Just endless Heaven or, depending on who won, endless Hell. Crowley didn't know which was worse.
Well, Hell was worse, of course, by definition. But Crowley remembered what Heaven was like, and it had quite a few things in common with Hell. You couldn't get a decent drink in either, for a start.
~ Good Omens, by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman
Yes. I know that I went a few sentences over.

Step 1. Put your playlist on random
Step 2. Post the first line from the first 24 songs, no matter how embarrasing
Step 3. Strike out the songs when someone guesses correctly. No Googling.
(Okay, I seriously doubt I'll get many guesses but I love lyrics so what the hell. And due to time, I'm only doing 10 songs instead of 24)
1) "Leave me out with the waste. This is not what I do. It's the wrong kind of place to be thinking of you. "
2) "A tiny flame inside my hand. A compromise I never planned. Unravel out the finest shreds. And I'm looking at a blank page now. Should I fill it with words somehow?"
3) "Another day I call and never speak. And you would say nothing's changed at all. And I can't feel much hope for anything, if I won't be there to catch you if you fall"
4) "Looks like the Holy Ghost is gone. Now you're afraid of yourself. Over your shoulder you have to watch Heaven fall into Hell."
5) "You stand like a rock on top of the mountain. Run like a river, fall like a fountain. The grass still is growing, the wind still is blowing."
6) "A revolution has begun today for me inside. The ultimate defense is to pretend, revolve around yourself just like an ordinary man. The only other option is to forget..."
7) "Center on the wide horizon. Focus on the galaxy. Sweep away your expectations and recognize your enemies. But here you're talking to yourself. You're stripping off for someone else. You've got to learn to love yourself. It's all that counts. There's little else."
8) "This street holds its secrets like a cobra holds its kill. And this street minds its business like a jailer minds its jail. And that house is haunted. And that door is a portal to hell. This street holds its secrets very well."
9) "Sitting for lunch in a square in this town (this town that I'm new to), new fellow from my new town sat me down and explained it to me: how when I spin from him I spin from myself"
10) "Well, I was watching this talkshow the other day and on it there was this guy and he was saying when you let other people tell you tell you what's right, when you leave your instinct and your own truth behind, that's a virus of the mind."
