TV Guide - Torchwood

I know the second clip on the TVGuide site is the kiss, kiss bang, bang clip that has everyone all atwitter (Oh, the pretties!) but, not having kept a close watch on the clips that are floating around, I hadn't seen this Torchwood clip before.  It appears to take place after the kiss that spawned a thousand LJ posts, and TVGuide claims that it's an exclusive.

Spike, is that you?

Oh this one is sooo much better than the stupid kiss one!! He is definitely using Spike accent, complete with dodgy bits, and moves here!

I'm quite looking foward to it now...

::sighs:: 'Adorbidle' was the silly, non-word that came to mind. Not at all just a Spike clone but enough of Spike to make just the two clips I've seen (this and the "Smashed" in reverse scene) the most entertaining and exciting of his performances post Spike that I've seen. In this clip that opening shot where it looked like they were about to kiss and then at the last moment Capt Jack started talking reminded me of the signature shot in SH when Drusilla and Spike did that coming in for a kiss thing and then at the last moment turned out, cheek to cheek, to the camera and Spike says "Me and Dru', we're moving in."

Unfortunately, I don't get BBC America so I'm hoping I'll be able to download the full episodes. Or maybe these would even be worth buying the DVDs.
