Spring has Sprung

I don't care what the calendar says. I don't care that it was freaking cold this morning. It's now officially spring because the green-layer of gunk is back, coating cars in yellow-puce dust and giving my allergies HELL.

And it can never be said often enough. Claritin-D (the behind the counter kind, not the crap they sell in the aisle of the pharmacy) is a wonderful drug.

This year the pollen is *terrible* here, too. Just... gaaah.

I wish Claritin-D worked for me.

Maybe something else would work?

The thing for me is that Claritin is a trade-off. It can make me feel almost human again, but it absolutely prevents me from having a good night's sleep. It's usually a case of trying to find some medium between clear sinuses and sleep depreviation.
