Guess that's one way to end a season when you don't know whether you're renewed.

Did they film other episodes that haven't aired? This didn't really feel like any kind of ending, so I was hoping they had some more to burn off over the summer.

I haven't kept up with it in any insidery way, so I honestly don't know.

It just seemed to me when watching that this was sort of neat compromise of an ending. If they don't return it, in its way complete's the circle. John Connor is in the future... to send Reese back to Sarah Connor, starting the cycle againn. Also, if he's in the future, it would explain Cameron's attachment to him.

And, if they're picked up (which I gather from a google is a long shot) they have a cool place to start next season -- though isn't Brian Austin Green already cast in something else?)

If it was the show's way to write an ending that it would also be possible to pick up from if renewed, they actually did a reasonably decent job of it.

But I really don't know much about SCC's overall status with Fox.
