I understand the outrage.  There's more than adequate reason to be.  As to the explanation given for how it happened... who knows what the truth really is.  All I know, I know from what I've read on the Interwebs.

We'll probably never know the unexpurgated story.   I'm inclined toward thinking it's a combo of glitch, stupidity in 'software upgrades', having an 'adult' policy, and the abuse 'report' links.

Yeah I read all of that. Of course I think its terrible, but I could quite find my outrage over it. I've had way too many other things on my plate--ALSO was it just me or was it reported so many times by different online outlets that the story got really confused?
