Love the show.  But whoever writes it has serious miconceptions of architecture as a profession and what architecture school entails (hint: There's no such class as "Architecture 101".   Architectural History?  Yes.   Design Studio?  Yes.   Architecture in Literature?  Ridiculous?  Yes.  But... a real class (though it still beats thehell out of me what "Architecture in Literature" was supposed to be.  In practice it was a fiction writing class filled with nothing but architecture students.  Go figure).  However,  generic, amorphous  "Architecture"?  Nope.   Never took such at thing and I am an A.I.A.   Nitpicky, I know.

So do I. But I do laugh at their total ignorance of architecture.

It's been my experience that unless they really need to (like on medical shows), TV writers don't know much about any profession except TV writing.

Quite true. And I dont really criticize the show because of it, but it their ignorance of the subject matter is a tad unintentionally funny.
