* Poor Sayid/Nadia. Talk about being starcrossed! Even in sideways-verse, they're starcrossed! (She has adorable kids, though).

* Clair and UnLocke... where's Sawyer?

* So Sayid's brother went to a loan shark and now he wants Sayid to be a monster for him. Nice brother. But I do have to say, boy is Sayid pretty!

* Whoa! Miles says Sayid was dead for two whole freaking hours! Okay, that should be truly, most sincerely dead!

* So proving that there is 'good in his soul' requires that Sayid act on blind obedience? Yeah, let's see how this turns out...

* Aw. Sayid+Kids = oh-so-much-cuteness!

* Dude. The Losties need to gather in one place and all share... their amazing lack of knowledge. Er... okay, maybe a conference call isn't entirely necessary then. Nevermind.

* Sounds like Smokey. And... here he is. But, Sayid allowed UnLocke to speak before stabbing him, so Sayid ends up with the same WTF face as most Lost viewers! Heh. (And unLocke's 'it's a trap' explanation makes a lot of sense. No wonder Sayid has WTF face. Who knows what all these people are up to. He needs to adopt Mulder's motto of Trust No One).

* I've always loved the Sayid/Nadia ship. *sniffle*

* So Kate told Claire about Aaron, and now Claire wants Kate dead. Hee!

* So Dogen's kid that we saw in Sideways-verse died in this verse.

* Jacob drives a hard bargain. And I remain suspicious that both Jacob and Smokey can't be trusted.

* And now Sayid has gone off the reservation. uh-oh.

* Illana, Ben, Sun, and Lepidus to the rescue...?

* You know, Sayid, when you're freaking Ben out, this is not a good sign.

* And we still don't know where in the hell Sawyer is, or what happened to Sayid/Jin in the sideways-verse. Eeeee!

Man, I CANNOT see how this boils down to Jacob = Good, Smoky = Evil. I wouldn't trust either one of them to make me a sandwich.

Seriously. Neither of them want to explain to anyone not only the rules of the game but what in the heck the game actually is. Under those circumstances, why the hell should anyone trust either of them?

Especially when you consider Jacob was the "leader" (such as it was) of the Others when they were, oh, kidnapping and killing the survivors of 815, apparently just for the hell of it.

And at that time, it seemed that Smokey was sort of under Ben's "control"???

OMG, Keemy in the Sideways-verse was so channeling a Christopher Walken villain. Glad he got popped in this verse too.

And word about UnLocke and Jacob BOTH being suspect and horrible. This is starting to feel like that Star Trek TOS episode with those matter/anti-matter twin guys locked in an eternal struggle. Neither can exist without the other; both are dangerous.

I just hope Sayid isn't some sort of moral lesson Lindelof and Cuse are visiting upon us. I like the character too much. And while Jack has killed far fewer people, he's much more annoying and more deserving of being the sacrificial lamb, IMO.

I was really hoping Sayid wouldn't turn to the dark side because, besides being very very pretty, he's the only character who seems to use logic and common sense. Perhaps there's redemption in store for him.

It annoyed me how Kate was expecting a cookie for taking Aaron. "It was me! I took him! Now thank me!" She looked crestfallen and confused as she follow FakeLocke.
