It's 62% humidity (and rising. Predicted to be 77% in a few hours ETA And now it's 80% humidity) with a heat index of 103F.

It's like hot fog! Damn hot fog. (With this kind of humidity, maybe we'll at least get a thunderstorm out of it. Which reminds me, I was told today that my insurance may pay for a roof replacement due to wind and hail damage suffered this spring).

The humidity here is 75% right now (though the temperature is lower). Who the hell ordered this sticky, humid weather? I'd like to send it back!

Yeah, the temperature is currently 88 but with a humidity of 62% the heat index is 96.

The heat index here is 110 degrees. We are under a freaking HEAT ADVISORY.

US TOO. They keep mentioning it on NPR and warning us to drink fluids and stuff. And I work in the office of a bakery plant and it's 104 out in the factory right now. I don't even want to know what the heat index is out there. Poor not-office workers!

I know. The guys keep coming out and teasing me, saying, "Wanna take over the rest of my shift?" "You ready to take your turn out there?" We make huge coolers of gatorade, but they're still on their feet for 8 hour shifts in 104 degrees plus humidity. With huge ovens blasting out heat all the time.

Yup! I'm a compulsive water-drinker--I keep a big glass of water by me all the time and sip it all the time.

I am IN LOVE with your icon and will probably steal it. SWEET TEA FTW. Nectar of the gods. I've drunk gallons of it this summer.
