Went House Shopping With Sis

Monday and I don't have to go to work -- yay!

Went house shopping with my sis yesterday. They sold their house a few weeks ago (the contract doesn't close until October so they haven't needed to move yet) and are looking for a new house. Saw a couple and they made an offer for this one (pictures really don't do it justice. Whoever took the pictures couldn't stand still. But it's a huge old house from the 20s with incredible grounds)

And now she wants me to buy the house down the street (that truly is a tad out of my financial range... though vastly cheaper than the one they're buying.)

Ooo... a bungalow. Tell sis she's crazy not to buy it, IMO. Is the house down the street a bungalow also. Can you tell I'm bungalow obsessed? "points to icon"

I love bungalows too. It's an entire district of town that are all the old houses that have gone through a down period and are now the "in" thing and being gentrified.
