I can grant you the other three, but I do own both Mer de Noms and Thirteenth Step by APC - I love their eerie style :)

So, I haven't looked up the reviews or explanations for Thirteenth Step... but soething about it seems to reek "serial killers" to me (not the group. It just seems to be about serial killers.)

And, heh, speaking of serial killers... whenever I hear "The Noose" on Thirteenth Step, I think of Season 7 Spike.

I think, if I remember correctly, that the album was written by Maynard Keenan during his time in rehab about his struggle with drug addiction. But yeah, it does have a much darker vibe than Mer de Noms that suits S7 crazy Spike.

"The Package" and "The Nurse Who Loved Me" definitely seem to be about drug addiction.

And the line in "The Noose" that keeps making me think Season 7 Spike is:

You cast your demons out
And not to pull your halo down
Around your neck and tug you off your cloud
But I'm more than just a little curious
How you're plannin' to go about makin' your amends
To the dead

Recall the deeds as if they're all
Someone else's
Atrocious stories
Now you stand reborn
Before us all
So glad to see you well

And not to pull your halo down
Around your neck and tug you to the ground
But I'm more than just a little curious
How you're plannin' to go about makin' your amends
To the dead

Yep, The Noose is definitely a Spike song. It would be a great song for a Spike mix on [livejournal.com profile] justpopemotion or an icon.

I've got The Elegant Universe (are you kidding, a book on physics?? I'm there!), Red Dwarf: Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers, and the DVD set "Red Dwarf -- Volume 3."

Gotta admit, this has been a fun one to do... lots of interesting things showing up in people's lists.

So I'm guessing you also have:

Brief History of Time
Black Holes and Baby Universes
The Universe in a Nutshell
Hyperspace

And... Red Dwarf: Better than Life.

I have Armstrong's A History of God, though I haven't had time to read it yet.

It's been years since I read it, but I recall it being quite interesting.

We've got the "Murder of Tutanhkamen" (also the History of God, but I see someone's already checked that off.)
