I spent a blissful weekend away from the news. And then I had to come back to work. BLECH.

But it may cheer you to note that dog poop is currently more well liked than Congress.

Well dog poop comes from something I love (the dog), Congress doesn't have even that much going for it.

I'd say that my opinion of Republicans is in the toilet, but that would be a disservice to toilets which at least do something useful.

(I keep thinking...[Republicans] like to talk big. "I'm going to destroy the world." It's just tough guy talk....But then someone comes along with a vision. With a real passion for destruction. [The Tea Party] could pull it off.)
