I would like to defend Chloe who seems to be getting a lot of grief over the "simplicity" of her designs. I don't know, it always seems to me that it takes a far more skillful eye to do simple and have it look good than to have a lot of distracting elements. I thought they were all handicapped by this week's challenge so I'm prone to giving them all wiggle room on this week's stuff. And I thought her outfit was quite pretty... though I disliked the skullcap.
Kara made a surprisingly good showing. And I was sorry to see Andrae go (who knew I'd be sad to see him go considering how annoying he was in the first episode). I thought he was screwed over a little since the whole "make a dress of flowers" thing is so outside of the normal design process. Still, who knew Kara would pull out a good design, and her design did beat his design so... I can understand Andrae going.
Looks like the whole Nick Vs. Santino thing is going to break into open warfare next week...
